GHEE

 

Ingredients:

 

- 100g unsalted butter

- 1 small pot

- 1 small glass bottle with distiller from pharmacy

 

Preparation:

 

- melt the butter in the pot over low heat on the stove

- remove the foam that appears while the butter is melting

- once all the foam has been removed, fill the butter in the glass bottle. Only use the lliquid yellow portion and throw away the white bit that has saturated underneath.

- store in the fridge.
